The Paradise Project is a redevelopment project in Liverpool, England.

The project involves the redevelopment of 42 acres (170,000 m²) of underutilised land on the north side of Liverpool city centre. It is a retail led project with additional elements including housing, offices, public open space and transport improvements. The project is intended to give Liverpool a dramatic lift in its ranking among British retail destinations. The estimated cost is £920 million, and the project is scheduled to be substantially complete by 2008, when Liverpool will be European Capital of Culture. The Duke of Westminster's Grosvenor Group won the lead developer role after a competition.
